    I chew tobacco would these natural ways to stop smoking help me also? I go through over a tin a day. It’s a lot and the nicotine is hard to get off of.

    Hey Helen, I want to ask for your personal view on something. I recently had a conversation with my aunt who has read many researches on how smoking kills and causes cancer, but I just can’t believe that smoking alone could cause cancer. I believe that it might increase your chances of developing cancer, but it does not “create cancer”.

    I believe that someone who works out regularly, eats healthy and smokes 3-4 cigarettes a day is less likely to develop cancer, than a person who eats unhealthy, does not workout and does not smoke at all.

    I would like to listen to your view on this..

      Regardless if you work out or eat healthy, smoking is not good for your health at all. The smoke gets into your lungs and does damage. However I know people that have smoked all their lives and lived into their 90’s and never got cancer. I also know people that have worked out eat healthy and died in their 30’s. I also know people that have got cancer and never smoked ever. What works for one person does not necessarily work for someone else.

    With all the bad effects of smoking and people still do it, specially teenagers. There is so much stress going around. I am glad that you recommend Emotional Freedom Techniques and Neurolinguistic Programing to stop smoking. I know by experience that this techniques work very well.
