Who wants to manage stress?
Stress should be eliminated not managed.
However, stress is something we have come to live with. Different life events cause us all stress, financial ,health, career and relationships and so it goes on.
Some people think they are having a heart attack when they are having panic attacks due to stress.
As mentioned in some of my previous posts stress is not getting better it is getting worse. Children are suffering stress much earlier in their lives now. You can read 50 symptoms of stress right here
