Louise Hay is one of my all time favorite authors because she creates such a positive outlook on health and wellness. How to heal your body is one of my favorites.
I decided in this post I would share some of my favorite authors and books to help with Balancing Mind and Body.
There are numerous other authors who I am sure you are familiar with and you have your favorites but I am sharing mine with you and perhaps you can add them to your wish list.
Louise in her book mirror work gives great exercises in loving yourself unconditionally. I am a great believer in this one as I have had such wonderful results when I do this with my clients. Many people do not love themselves and some interesting things come up when you start the mirror work.
Dr Wayne Dyer
Another great favorite of mine, he has insights that he shares from his personal experience of being an orphan. His books and cd’s are very powerful and totally life changing. I met him once a few years just before he died, watching him speak live is motivating and inspiring. Another great author to heal your body and your mind.
Both of these authors have given me so much inspiration especially whenI hurt my back and was laid up for sometime. I would listen to Loise Hay and watch Wayne Dyer all the time. Using their techniques really helped me get better.
Other Authors I love are Dr Richard Bandler, Napoleon Hill, Virginia Satir, Dr Bruce Lipton. These authors also help to heal your body and your mind.
